Reimbursement Directives By Agency

Qualified employees as defined by PUBLIC LAW 104–208—SEPT. 30, 1996 110 STAT. 3009–364 are entitled to agency reimbursement of 50% (up to $150/year) for Professional Liability Insurance premiums. Each agency may have their own directive with respect to the reimbursement.
