What is the LEOSA HR-218 Personal Liability Insurance? As a retired LEO of the Federal government, you are granted extended conceal carry entitlements. To be eligible for this entitlement, you must meet certain criteria as defined by the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 and all of its amendments, codified as Title 18 U.S.C. § 926C, including the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) For Fiscal Year 2013.
