Renewal Payments by Credit Card

Would you like your renewal payments automatically charged to your credit card or debited from your checking account when due?  Click Optional Recurring Payment Authorization and submit via email to jmiller@career-guard.com or fax to 703-642-2240.

 

A verification of your transaction is provided. If you need a receipt to submit for reimbursement, please allow 3-5 business days for your payment to post and update to your account.  Then you may login to the Member Portal to print your receipt or complete the Receipt Request form on the Contact Us page.

NOTE: A 4% convenience fee is added for Credit Card payments.  You may avoid the fee by mailing in a check payment.

Please put your Certificate Number in the Company Name field on the Order Form.
